I went to book club last night. It was a lot of fun! The book, Away by Amy Bloom was horrendous. Luckily, however, everyone, including the host who had picked the book, recognized it as such, and so the host had us answering such questions as "If you had the choice of either getting a piercing somewhere besides your ear, getting a tattoo, or re-reading this book, which would you do? Describe your new tatoo or piercing" and "After being forced to read Away you go on a killing spree and are now on death row. What is your final meal?"
We had lots of good laughs, and stayed pretty late (oh, and as usual, the food was delicious!!). On the way home I got to watch a lightening show high up in the clouds, very pretty.
